E-Commerce Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for product listing and cataloguing across all online channels website, Amazon, Instamart, etc.,
• Co-ordinating with various marketplaces and back-end operations to ensure there is no breach of SLA
• Coordinating with operations team for on regular dispatch of goods to FBA and other third-party warehouses
• Work on continuously improving the consumer experience across all channels by coming up with exploring and evaluating new themes, customizations, payment solutions, customer communication tools, mobile solutions, merchandising tools, and other enhancements.
• Work with the campaign managers to executing marketing campaigns across all platforms including activating discount codes, participation in sale events, etc.,
• Preparations of reports at regular intervals in MS Excel

Skills Required

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in catalogue management and listing
• Good understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra back-end etc.
• Proactive, team player requires with excellent communication skills in English
• Prior experience on Amazon & Flipkart cataloguing/ listing is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.)
• Experience in Unicommerce will be an added advantage.
• A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
• A strong understanding of responsive web design techniques
