Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Primary:

• Develop new UV INK formulations using existing or new materials for new enquiries.
• Resolve Customer complaints and product modification by changing in Raw materials/ processes if any.
• New /Alternate Vendor development for R/M
• Documentation and report of INK formulation along with testing results,
• Maintain the quality parameters as per the ISO standards.

Other:

• Review supplier quality assurance certificates of conformance
• Perform quality assurance testing on incoming raw materials
• Document and report result of incoming raw materials quality assurance testing.
• Develop and maintain raw materials quality assurance testing procedures
• Conduct audits on in-process tests used in production relating to INKs and other raw materials.

Skills Required

• Experience in UV INKs (offset / Screen / Flexo printing) is most desirable. Especially UV Offset & UV Flexo INKs - R&D formulations, Production & Customer complaint handling
• Should have Knowledge of handling lab instruments, processes and techniques/methods applicable to quality control.
• Experience in SAP –an advantage
• Excellent report writing skills
• Excellent color matcher

• Printing process and limitations
• Instrumentation w.r.to INKs
• Polymer chemistry, Surface and colloid chemistry
• Vendor Management
