Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Once L1 announced immediately team should be in action
2. Before the award team should be ready with all GTPs, drawings and necessary documentation for early submission to client.
3. Immediately after the Awad team should Visit the client office to submit the required documents for getting necessary approval from client.
4. The survey should be initiated immediately after the Award and should take necessary actions to complete it within the stipulated time.
5. Should give proper inputs to Procurement team to initiate the procurement process based on initial survey trends.
6. Responsible for all the initial activities like survey, GTP Drawing approvals, BOQ finalization, Site handing over documents and other required documentation.
7. Responsible of site handover to operational team
8. Ensure safe working practices over worksite safety to ensure an accident free project execution.
9. Adhere to the established guidelines and procedures of the organization

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language

2. On Electrical projects

3. Billing & Planning

4. Team Handling

5. Project execution as per BOQ & work order

8. Proficiency in English, Hindi languages apart from other languages.

9. Willingness to travel across the country

Educational Qualifications

BE or Diploma in Electrical

Experience Level (If applicable)

3-5 years for BE Electrical and 6-8 years for Diploma Electrical.
