- Integration of HR & Admin Processes: Streamline HR and administrative processes across all business units, focusing on resource planning and operational efficiency.
- Recognition Schemes Design: Design and manage various employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and morale.
- Quarterly Town Hall Management: Oversee the planning and execution of quarterly town hall meetings, ensuring engaging themes and effective communication.
- Senior-Level Hiring Support: Assist in the recruitment process for senior-level positions, coordinating interviews and candidate evaluations.
