Job security, bandwidth to work on multiple projects, Matured Leadership

Dislikes

System is not much agile, no differentiation in appraisal and hike as standard hike for all (only 15% outperformers which are given additional hike and until you don't spend good amount of time in Mahindra, you will not fall under it)
