Job Description

The incumbent will beresponsible for managing the overall HR operations and the HRIS for India andNepal sales business of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals with an employee strength of8000 plus. This role ensures the smooth and efficient execution of HR processes,aligns HR operations with Organizational objectives and manages the team todrive operational excellence.

Overall Job Responsibilities:

HR Operations Management

- Oversee day to day HR Operations encompassing theemployee life cycle events (On Boarding, Transfer, Promotion, Exit)
- Develop and govern HR policies and procedures toensure operational efficiency and legal compliance
Data Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize HR Analytics tools and methodologies tocollect, analyse and interpret the HR data encompassing Hiring Trends,Turnover Rates, employee life cycle events viz-Promotion, Transfer, Exit etc.
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual MIS for variousstakeholders- HRLT Business
- Governance around Historical Data

Key Annual Processes
- Budgeting
- Annual Performance Management
- Annual Compensation Review
- Annual Goal management

Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensuring adherence to all statutory requirements
- Manager HR Audits Compliance and Process
Payroll Inputs
- Ensuring that monthly payroll is managed smoothly
- Manage Payroll Budgets

HRIS
- Ensuring proper data management on HRIS system
- Working closely with the tech team for upgrading ofmodules or implementation of new modules
- Ensuringsmooth integration and data flow between HRIS and other related systems
Stakeholder Management
- Managing internal stakeholders (HR Partners,Payroll team, C&B, Finance Etc.)
- Managing external stakeholders (Auditors, Techpartners)
- Payment of external agencies

Educational Qualification: Master s degree in Human Resources

Experience: 8 - 10 Years experience with 4-6 years in HR Operations andAnalytics    
Knowledge and Skills
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Strong expertise in HR Analytics, datainterpretation and reporting
- Strong ability to forecast
- Planning and organizing Ability to plan andallocate resources, prioritize tasks
- Personal Effectiveness, build trust withstakeholders
- Understanding of Industry trends
