Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT professionals through various job portals, including Naukri, Monster, Foundit, LinkedIn, and other platforms. The recruiter must have a strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and recruitment processes to effectively assess candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

• Utilize multiple job boards (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Foundit, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for IT roles.
• Screen resumes, assess technical capabilities, and shortlist candidates.

✅ Technical Recruitment & Assessment:

• Conduct initial technical screening to assess candidates' skills and suitability for roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

✅ Interview Coordination & Scheduling:

• Schedule technical and HR interviews with hiring managers and ensure seamless communication.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure participation in scheduled interviews.

✅ Candidate Engagement & Onboarding:

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by coordinating documentation and pre-joining formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

📌 Experience: 1-2 years in IT recruitment.
📌 Technical Understanding: Familiarity with IT roles such as Developers, Engineers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Analysts, etc.
📌 Tools Knowledge: Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools.
📌 Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
📌 Negotiation & Relationship Building: Ability to engage with candidates effectively.
📌 Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple job openings and candidates at various hiring stages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in technical hiring for IT/Software companies.
• Knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Certification in recruitment or HR is advantageous.
