Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and negotiating offers.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or staff augmentation services.
  
• Strong understanding of technical recruitment processes and industry trends.
  
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
