Position:- Business Process Engineering Analyst/Manager

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented - Business Process Engineering Analyst/Manager - to analyze, re-engineer, and optimize business processes to drive efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable solutions that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyses for proposed solutions.
- Deliver clear and concise documentation, including Business and Functional Requirement Specifications.
2. Process Analysis and Re-Engineering:
- Conduct business process assessments and create detailed process maps.
- Evaluate and redesign workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Develop and propose solutions for process improvements.
- Manage change and transition activities while monitoring performance levels.
- Create end-to-end process flow diagrams (As-Is and To-Be) using BPM modeling tools.
3. Documentation:
- Develop Business Process Models, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
- Create detailed documentation for stakeholder understanding and development purposes.
- Update documents based on gathered insights and evolving requirements.
4. Solution Proposal:
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
- Develop business cases highlighting benefits, solutions, and associated risks.
5. Analysis/Analytics:
- Analyze data sets to identify process inefficiencies and performance gaps.
- Provide insights and reports to support decision-making processes.
- 6. Adoption and Change Management:-
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
- Develop training materials and provide user training sessions.
- Facilitate adoption of new systems and act as a key support contact for complex queries.
Key Competencies and Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Visio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in business analysis methodologies and process modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and changing priorities.
- Familiarity with BPM modeling notations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Effectiveness of re-engineered processes over "As-Is" processes.
- Accuracy and clarity of documentation.
- Timely delivery of solution proposals and project milestones.
- Adoption rates and effectiveness of platform usage post-implementation.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: Engineering Degree, Master's in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or MBA.
Experience:- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Manufacturing domain, with expertise in:
- Source to Pay
- Order to Cash
- Sales and Operations Planning/Production Planning and Control
- Quality, Health, and Safety (QHS)
Additional Traits:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and contextualize data.
- Proficiency in process transformation methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with project management principles and tools.
