Job Title: AVP - Enterprise Risk Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Compliance Analytics:

- Lead the development of data-driven solutions within the Compliance pillar to enhance decision-making processes and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with AML/BSA/OFAC Teams:

- Partner with teams managing Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance to design and implement end-to-end analytical solutions and dynamic dashboards for risk assessment, governance, and oversight.

Deliver Advanced Insights:

- Use advanced data techniques, including mining, visualization, automation, and machine learning, to provide actionable insights. Build comprehensive dashboards to monitor key metrics, streamline processes, and highlight trends or risks.

Support Leadership with Analytics-Driven Strategies:

- Assist senior leadership in data storytelling and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. Present actionable recommendations based on analytics to address gaps and improve compliance frameworks.

Mentor and Build Analytics Capabilities:

- Guide junior team members on best practices, technical tools, and methodologies. Foster a culture of data-driven problem-solving and innovation within the team.

Cross-Pillar Collaboration:

- Work with Enterprise and Operational Risk teams to align analytics strategies, share insights, and create integrated solutions across multiple risk pillars. This includes identifying improvement areas and optimizing business processes to mitigate risks effectively.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years with tools like Python, R, SAS, SQL, or SPARK

- 2+ years with Tableau or similar tools

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

- AML/BSA/OFAC analytics experience

- Knowledge of consumer credit/risk analytics

- Exposure to machine learning tools and intermediate Excel skills
