Senior Project Manager - Non IT Project - Finance/Healthcare Domain (8-12 yrs)

- Experience in handling end to end strategic Non-Tech projects(like finance or healthcare)

- Project management certification: PMP / Agile preferable ( PMP/CSM/Agile Safe/PGMP)

- Experience : 8-12 years

- IC Role

- ExpectedMax CTC: upto 28 fixed+ 20% variable

- NP: upto 30 days (early joiners preferred)

Profile:

- 3-4 yrs. of experience in Program Management /Project Management

- 5-7 Years of good exposure in IT BPO operations

- Program Management, resource estimation and planning, Risk Management, operating models etc.

- For internal Candidates - Exposure to transitions/Project Management as a participant/Participation in Delivery led Transition model is a plus

- Should have experience managing and being responsible for multiple portfolio's

- Should have people and stakeholder management experience

- Good collaboration and influencing skills

- Ability to work and execute in ambiguous/start from scratch environments is a must

- Good communication skills are a must.

- Experience in responding/solutioning for PMO requirements

- Change Management - Ability to drive and manage change at LoB Level

JD:

- Provide direction for the Project Management work streams on all aspects of the engagement

- Ability to drive and program manage Internal Readiness across functions for setting up of new technology projects

- Lead segment executive leadership visits for program reviews

- Be responsible for Projects for the line of service/business for the site

- Handle escalations for external and internal stakeholders

- Be responsible for training of team members

- Demonstrate strong leadership and judgment

- Own few strategic enterprise level initiatives

- Negotiate key process change in introduce innovations for cost effective transitions

- Exposure to Technology projects/Leading teams is a plus

- Knowledge of project financials /CBA is a plus.

Qualifications - BCoM/MCoM/CA/MBA

- PMP/ PgMP/CSM/Agile SaFE
