Job Title: HR Transformation Program Manager

Experience: 7+ years

Job Summary:

Our client is embarking on an Enterprise Process and Application Transformation program, aimed at implementing industry best practices, process modernization, and technology reimplementation. This program's goal is to simplify processes through integrated and agile technology solutions, supporting growth, profitability, and enhanced employee experience and productivity.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HRMS Program Manager to lead the implementation of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The HRMS Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of projects related to HR systems and processes, with a strong focus on HRMS implementations, project management, and deep expertise in HR operations.

Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple HRMS projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.

- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR leadership, IT teams, and other key stakeholders to define project scope, gather requirements, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HRMS vendors and third-party consultants, ensuring alignment with business needs and contract deliverables.

- Change Management: Design and implement change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption initiatives.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to HRMS projects, escalating critical issues to senior management as necessary.

- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to monitor project performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement efforts for HRMS systems and processes, incorporating industry best practices and technological advancements.

- Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR from a leading institute.

- Proven experience (10+ years) as an HRMS Program Manager, HR Systems Manager, or in a similar role, focusing on HR technology implementations.

- In-depth knowledge of HRMS platforms and modules (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, MS).

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including talent management, compensation, benefits administration, and compliance.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

- Experience with change management methodologies and practices.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
