About the Role:
As an Assistant Manager, Business Development, you will be a key player in our growth strategy, focusing on acquiring new clients and generating revenue within the US market. You will leverage your extensive experience in sales and business development, particularly in the Finance & Accounting services domain, to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue and lead generation targets within the US market.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand our client base and market share.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Proactively identify and generate qualified leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social selling (LinkedIn, etc.), networking, industry events, and targeted campaigns.
- Conduct thorough lead qualification to ensure alignment with our service offerings and target client profiles.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Advanced Sales Strategy Execution: Utilize advanced sales techniques, including consultative selling, value proposition development, and negotiation, to close high-value deals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome sales challenges and achieve successful outcomes.
