SA is a critical segment in REL business, ops team always played pivotal role in optimizing sales efficiency and effectiveness. Primarily focuses on multi data dimensional data, preparing reports , tracking sales performance, enabling sales managers & sales leaders to be on top of things. Responsible for sales enablement on sales tools & system - subject matter expert who works with AP sales enablement team to optimize system features & feedback on user interface & tool navigation. Supporting segment head for all business reviews, BMS & cadences.
The ops manager also focus to drive initiatives for SA, track actions. Manage Account list & account level performance tracking.

Lenovo has ability to absorb and react as per Market shockers. The culture doesn't believe in taking over night decisions due to change in Market dynamics and stay invested with resources. A lot of effort goes in skill development. Leadership is reachable .
Work Life balance is not up to the mark. If you are on leave , manager will still call and bother one for updates or taking feedback on tasks. Many Saturday's are spoiled due to system flaws.
