Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to Digital Workplace Services offerings, including scope definition, timeline management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and reports to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and milestones.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, to align project goals with business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Define and document workflows, templates, and tools to standardize project management practices within the team.
Risk and Issue Management:
Proactively identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future project performance.
Budget and Resource Management:
Track project budgets, ensure cost control, and manage resources effectively to deliver projects within financial constraints.
Coordinate with HR or third-party vendors to onboard required resources.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Establish KPIs to measure project success and track progress against goals.
Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Experience:
15+ years of experience
Qualification:
Graduate with PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of project management tools (e. g. , MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello)
