Role & responsibilities

• Candidate will be point of contact for HR operations for one part of South Region.
• Talent Acquisition - Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, Job portals, referral program, Social Media etc. Initial screening of the candidates. Coordinate for further interviews.
• Employment verification, Verification of documents, Reference checks, Initial Salary discussions / Negotiations with candidates
• Process various letters - Offer, Appointment, Transfer, Warning letters etc.
• Joining formalities, Documentation & Induction
• Various HR MIS - Weekly, Monthly
• Scheduling campus interviews with HM institutes
• Database & personal file management
• Biometrics attendance management
• HRIS data management for new joiners
• Point of contact regarding Local compliances
• Restaurant visits, employees grievances handling
• ESIC/PF Registrations for region employees
• Oversee General Administration & HR Operations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate with minimum 5+ years of experience in HR at South Region, Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar profile
• Should know the local language
• Should be flexible to travel
• Candidate with exposure of working in major cities of South region will be preferred
• Candidate from the Hospitality / QSR / Retail industry will be preferred
