Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and support the maintenance operations of our Pan India QSR outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with regional teams, managing vendor relationships, tracking utility expenses, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all essential equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pan India Coordination: Liaise with the regional maintenance teams to ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance tasks.
• Corporate Support: Provide regular updates, troubleshoot issues, perform data backups, monitor performance, and address maintenance-related queries from outlets.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors for maintenance services and equipment procurement.
• Expense Review: Cross-check and verify cash vouchers and maintenance bills before final submission.
• Cost Optimization: Implement cost-minimization strategies for maintenance without compromising on quality.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): Manage AMC costs for critical equipment such as DG sets, stabilizers, cold rooms, deep freezers, and air conditioning units.
• Record Keeping: Maintain systematic records of all maintenance activities, service schedules and equipment details.
• Regional Support: Assist and provide guidance to regional maintenance in-charges as required.
• Equipment Valuation: Assess the condition and valuation of kitchen and store equipment.
• Utility Monitoring: Track and optimize electricity, water, and gas bills across all outlets to minimize costs.
• Diesel Cost Monitoring: Keep a check on Pan India diesel consumption and ensure cost efficiency.
• Data Compliance: Ensure maintenance-related data is accurately recorded and compliant with company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance coordination, preferably in the QSR, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, vendor management, and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to travel across multiple locations as needed.
