Roles and responsibility of Engineer.

• Spare management : Following and maintain the spare for the equipment
• Problem solving : Attending equipment troubleshoots and breakdowns
• Preventive Maintenance : Need preventive maintenance on the
• Following & Supporting : Communicate with vendor to service and emergency plans
• Trouble shooting And analyzing : Trouble shooting and analyzing the problem related to the Utility
• Monitoring : Monitoring the electricity & equipment in HT & LT side
• Planning : Doing the Preventive activity plans for the utility
• Preparation of doc : Maintaining the documents for the PM activities
• Consumable records : Preparing record and maintain the consumable required for the utility and machineries
• Electricity consumption and analysis: Monthly electricity consumption records, analysis and reduction of consumption
• Followings : Maintaining the service reports & documents
• Improvements: Develop the existing machineries to work efficiently
• Reporting : Reporting to department higher officials Roles.
