Utility Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking 3 experienced Utility Engineers to join our team at Tata EV, Sanand. The ideal candidates will have 5 years of experience in the utility field and hold a B.Tech degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain utility systems such as HVAC, compressed air, boilers, and other plant equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utility systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitor utility consumption and work towards improving system efficiency to reduce costs and energy usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in electrical and mechanical utility systems promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted utility services, supporting production processes.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including maintenance logs, reports, and compliance records.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in utility fieldwork, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of utility systems, including HVAC, compressors, boilers, and related systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in utility systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
