Manager - Maintenance / Engineering

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to guide a team of engineers & technicians in day-to-day maintenance of various engineering appliances used in the hospital
• Preparation of SOPs and training staffs on the same
• Giving training to other departments about occupational hazard and safety rescue
• Provide technical expertise to the team
• Responsible for scheduling staff, assigning duties to staff, overseeing their work, conducting performance evaluations.

• Coordinating with vendors for AMCs & CMCs
• Dealing with government organization and other establishments in relation with maintenance department
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
• Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the maintenance activities

• Effectively resolve any BMS issues in each shift and ensure Cost Optimization.
• To conduct daily and weekly checks/ visits in the plant to ensure smooth operation of the Facility.
• Actively participate in the Hospital Safety and Risk Management Committee and recommend the latest safety guidelines as per the industry standards.
• Develop PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) schedule and implement accordingly.
• Ensure periodic calibration and maintenance requirements of all equipment.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities are executed well in advance.
• Audit readiness and ensure compliance of the engineering data systems

Effective planning of all maintenance requirements (Man, material and machine) to save cost.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualifications: DEEE / BE (Diploma In Electrical & Electronics Engineering)

Work Experience

• 8 + years of experience in Hospitality Industry
• Hands on experience electro-mechanical maintenance works

Knowledge of engineering systems, energy efficiency, utilities, statutory/ regulatory and & EHS
