Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance activities of the vehicle fleet, including auto tippers, compactors, hook loaders, and other related vehicles. This role involves planning, leading maintenance efforts, and ensuring the smooth operation of the fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Maintenance Management: Supervise and manage all maintenance activities for the vehicle fleet.
• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the maintenance personnel to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Ensure Fleet Performance: Ensure the smooth and timely maintenance of vehicles, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
