Sr Executive / Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Understand position requirement. Develop job descriptions & job postings
• Posting jobs on various platforms
• Releasing IJPs for applicable jobs
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and screenings
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per process
• Perform reference checks as required
• Facilitate the offer-releasing process
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Facilitate Volume hiring and manage the end-to-end recruitment process

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate with a background of Real Estate & QSR hiring will be preferred
