HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
Source candidates through a variety of channels including job portals, social media, linked in and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting
reference checks, and extending job offers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR
management.

Employee Relations and Culture Building:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the company s
values and culture.
Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Compliance and Legal Matters:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and update company policies and
procedures accordingly.

Bachelor s degree BBA/ BMS, or a related field.
Proven experience for 4 years to 6 years as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
