Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain HR trackers and documentation with precision and accuracy.
- Promote a positive work environment by building strong relationships with team members and management.
- Handle employee engagement initiatives and ensure team well-being.
- Assist with policy development, onboarding, and compliance tasks.
- Ability to handle basic payroll and benefits coordination, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Honest, empathetic, and approachable, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work hard and adapt to long hours when needed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience post-graduation in an HR role.
- Experience in technical recruitment is highly desirable.
- Background in tech and/or prior startup experience will be an advantage.
- Proactive, energetic, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
