IT Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring their efficiency and security. You will also provide leadership and guidance to junior IT staff, and collaborate with various departments to support and enhance technology solutions that align with our business objectives.

System Management: Design, implement, and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Security: Implement and manage IT security measures to protect the organization s data and systems from cyber threats.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, configurations, and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions that enhance their productivity.
Training: Provide training and support to junior IT staff and end-users to ensure
effective use of technology resources.
Compliance: Ensure IT practices adhere to industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field. Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in a senior or lead role.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting server and network environments.
(Windows Server, Linux, etc.)
o Experience in Hosting, Web Development, Pipedream, Google Tag Manager,
Zoho Workspace etc.
o Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
o Expertise in cybersecurity practices and tools.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
o Experience with enterprise-level IT solutions and infrastructure.

o Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
