Technical Research Associate

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Technical Research Associate
to join our research team. This role involves conducting in-depth technical analysis research, backtesting trading systems, and creating valuable resources for research and educational purposes. You will be responsible for handling daily operations related to assigned courses, drafting research reports, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students.

Daily Operations: Manage and oversee the daily operations of assigned courses, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of content.
Technical Analysis Research: Conduct detailed technical analysis research and develop trade setups as part of the technical analysis research team.
Backtesting: Perform backtesting using various methodologies to evaluate and refine trading systems. Enhance existing backtested systems with available resources.
Scanners and Screeners: Create and maintain scanners and screeners to support
research activities and improve analysis accuracy.
Knowledge Enhancement: Continuously research, read, and view relevant content to stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques.
Research Reports: Draft and prepare daily and weekly research reports, summarizing findings from your research and contributions from the team.
Batch Admission Process: Assist the operations team with the batch admission process, including enrollment and onboarding activities.
Student Experience: Ensure that students have a positive and enriching learning
experience by addressing their queries and providing necessary support.

Educational Background:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technical analysis, research, or a related field.
Experience in educational or training environments is preferred.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in technical analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with backtesting trading strategies and systems.
Knowledge of creating and utilizing scanners and screeners for market research.

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with financial software and platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, Bloomberg
Terminal).
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience in educational or training environments
