CEO's Office Role (1-4 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Market intelligence: Assess market trends and track competitor activity in focus sectors

2. Strategy definition: Strategy formulation across new growth vectors such as Electric Vehicles, Semi- conductors, Medical Devices, Pharma, etc.

3. Change management: Identify strategic initiatives, define implementation roadmap along with owners and timelines. Drive action in close collaboration with the business team

4. Performance review: Monitor, report and impact measurement of critical projects. Review performance of focus business verticals and identify critical interventions

5. Partnerships and alliances: Assist in identifying opportunities, due diligence and deal closure

Requirements:

- Education : B.Tech from IITs

- Experience

- 1+ years' work experience within management consulting, strategic planning, or any other strategy role

- Proven track record of working directly with clients on strategic projects

- Detailed understanding of business operations and procedures

- Strong problem solving and project management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
