• Carefully deciding on the marketing strategies that align with LAIQA Wellness goals and objectives.
• Develop detailed plans for online marketing campaigns with a focus on driving sales to increase revenue. Execute these campaigns efficiently to maximize impact.
• Utilize advanced data analytical marketing tools to meticulously track the Return on Investment (ROI) generated through marketing efforts, specifically linking them to sales outcomes
• Regularly monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Make informed adjustments to strategies as required, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing Marketing and operations team.
• Expand and manage the distribution network strategically to reach untapped markets and potential customers.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences.
• Utilize market insights derived from research to make informed decisions and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Conduct thorough competition benchmarking to identify areas of improvement and Implement strategies for market penetration based on the findings.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through in-depth market research and analysis.
• Lead market training initiatives to enhance the team's understanding of industry trends and competitors, fostering continuous improvement
• Implement customer-centric strategies to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction, thereby enhancing brand loyalty.
• Review all marketplace portals, applications and formulate a comprehensive growth plan of action to boost product visibility and presence.
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
• Expertise in setting strategic goals, making effective decisions, and enabling smooth day-to-day business activities

• Prepare regular reports detailing key findings and present them to the senior management team for informed decision-making at the executive level.
