Requirement of Marketing Operations Professional

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various digital channels (workshops, events, social media, email, PPC, etc.).
• Work closely with the marketing team to manage CRM, marketing automation, and performance analytics tools.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI.
• Handle operational aspects of marketing such as campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with content, creative, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Has created landing pages on unbound or other tools
• Has worked on outbound email campaigns using platforms like mailmodo etc or done a/b testing for webpages or handled webinars using zoom
• Assist in influencer marketing, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to suggest innovative ideas for growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, zoom webinar, marketing automation tools).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
