Performance Marketing Manager

Overview : Associate Manager - Performance Marketing

- 3 - 5 years of experience,

- B2C/D2C/OTT performance marketing experience.

- Sales & Brand Marketing understanding.

- Google Ads (Need good experience here) + App Marketing

- Meta Ads (This can be preferred)

A rough rundown of day-to-day activities for this role:

• Work on marketing to create engaging campaigns that drive app growth.
• Monitor and analyze digital channel metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to new initiatives, including but not limited to building a digital activation playbook, product feedback loops, and inside sales performance enhancement.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for continuous scale and monetization.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to enhance app features and the user experience based on user feedback and data analysis.

Requirements:

• He/she must have a thorough knowledge of digital acquisition (preferably hands-on experience) and a fair understanding of brand marketing.
• Good excel proficiency.
