Role & responsibilities

Proven Experience: Over 5 years of expertise in B2C performance marketing, with a track record of driving sales growth across platforms like Google, Meta, and Amazon, focusing on paid search campaigns. Experience in the US market is a strong advantage for understanding customer behavior and industry trends.

Analytical and Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and campaign optimization. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and advanced tracking techniques, including UTMs and pixels.

Creative and Strategic Campaign Management: Skilled in collaborating with design teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages. Experienced in running A/B and multivariate tests to improve ad performance and alignment with organic search strategies.

Tools and Automation: Proficient in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo for workflow efficiency. Knowledge of attribution models and their application in campaign performance evaluation.

Customer and Competitor Insights: Expertise in audience segmentation and targeting, with strong skills in competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge. Remarketing expertise ensures effective engagement with potential customers.

Continuous Development: Keeps up to date with trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes. Holds relevant certifications, such as Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or Amazon Advertising. Demonstrates adaptability in managing campaigns across changing market trends while maintaining a customer-centric approach.


Preferred candidate profile


1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies tailored to each platform.
  • Define campaign objectives (e.g., awareness, lead generation, conversions).
  • Conduct audience research to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviours.

2. Campaign Execution

  • Set up and manage ad campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Amazon PPC.
  • Develop ad creatives and copy, working closely with designers and copywriters.
  • Implement A/B testing to identify the best-performing ad variations.

3. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize ad performance by adjusting budgets, bids, and targeting.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for scaling successful campaigns.

4. Platform-Specific Responsibilities

  • Meta Ads:
    • Use advanced audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
    • Optimize campaigns for various objectives like purchases, app installs, or engagement.
  • Google Ads:
    • Manage search, display, and YouTube campaigns.
    • Perform extensive keyword research and optimize quality scores.
  • TikTok Ads:
    • Leverage TikToks creative, engaging ad formats to drive results.
    • Stay updated with trends to align campaigns with the platform's culture.
  • Amazon PPC:
    • Optimize product listings and Sponsored Ads for better visibility.
    • Use Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Products, and Sponsored Display for conversions.
