Head - Sales - Fresh Commerce (15-25 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Sales Head to spearhead the growth of our new category, transforming a commodity into a premium, value-added product. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving business growth, particularly in e-commerce, modern trade, and exports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to position our new category as a market leader.

- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings, including packaging, branding, and pricing strategies.

-Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets, both domestic and international, leveraging e-commerce marketplaces, modern trade channels, and export opportunities.

- Channel Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in e-commerce platforms, modern trade retailers, and export partners.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team to drive business objectives.

- Financial Performance: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
