We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the growth and success of early-stage startups within our incubator program.

You will conduct in-depth market research, analyze startup performance, and provide valuable insights to both startups and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential threats.

- Analyze market data, industry reports, and competitive landscapes to gain a deep understanding of the market dynamics.

- Identify key market segments and target audiences for startups within the incubator.

- Evaluate startup performance metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs), customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and unit economics.

- Conduct due diligence on startups applying to the incubator, assessing their business model, team, technology, and market potential.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

- Collaborate closely with startups to refine their business models, develop go-to-market strategies, and identify growth opportunities.

- Provide guidance and support to startups on various aspects of their business, including market entry, customer acquisition, and fundraising.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and pitch decks for internal stakeholders, including management, investors, and advisory boards.

- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the startup ecosystem.

- Identify and analyze emerging technologies and their potential impact on the startup landscape.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment analysis, market research, or a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g , Tableau, Power BI).

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
