Job Description

Lead - Key Account Management


What would you do?

- Cultivate new business within existing accounts by comprehending the customer's operations, recognizing, and exploring commercial potential within these accounts.

- Establish and grow sales pipeline for financial services solutions. Drive sales growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and expanding our market presence in the BFSI industry.

- Responsible for business outcomes of the customer keeping a close watch on adoption, application health, value derived by customer from the investment.

- Drives Account Planning, identifies whitespaces, proactively maps stakeholders, and defines actions across account team to capture new business.

- Tracks always-on coverage across all accounts in portfolio, LOB's within accounts, CVDH stakeholders within LOBs across actors in cross-functional account team

- Strong techno-commercial acumen owning new proposals (both technical and contractual), pricing process, negotiations, third-party partners part of the solution.

Required Skills:

- Superstrong collaborator by being the centerpoint of a cross-functional account team across CSM, Delivery, Pre-sales, Support Sales Dev, Marketing

- Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Prior track record of successful delivery of enterprise software solutions to customers in technical / functional / techno-functional capacity / role

- Excellent perspective of the Financial Services space, practical challenges of a regulated industry and what it takes to transform from a legacy to digital player.

- Extensive experience in leading and managing large enterprise customer relationships in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry in both domestic and international market.

- Proficient in managing large enterprise accounts in both domestic and international markets. Demonstrated success in selling enterprise business applications to major banks.

- Skilled at enhancing client engagements and fostering lasting relationships. Possesses strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make informed decisions.

- Has a strategic mindset for devising plans to expand sales and predict future trends.

- Displays a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

- Strong result orientation and focus on target achievement.

- Brings expertise in building and leading winning teams.

- High degree of collaboration, influencing and strategic planning capability for leading at all levels, internally and externally, particularly in complex environments

- Demonstrates a strong grasp of technology as well as commercial aspects, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and commercial discussions.

- Ability to travel 50-75% of time.
