Lead Product Manager/Group Product Manager - Brokerage Industry (5-12 yrs)

Responsibilities

1. Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas.

2. Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user research to understand customer needs and pain points.

3. Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and user stories.

4. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

5. Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.

6. Track and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on product features.

7. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product innovation.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the brokerage industry.

2. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling successful products.

3. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

6. Experience working with data and analytics tools to track product performance.

7. Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
