Currently, we are seeking a visionary Head of Sales to oversee and expand our footprint across Kerala. The ideal candidate will design and execute robust sales strategies that drive sustainable growth and strengthen our position in a dynamic marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy that increases market share, profitability, and visibility in Kerala.
- Identify untapped market segments and design campaigns that align with our organization's commitment to financial inclusion.
Team Management & Development
- Lead, inspire, and train a sales force operating in multiple branches.
- Establish performance metrics, foster team spirit, and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Market Expansion & Competition Analysis
- Continuously monitor market trends to anticipate competitor moves and evolving customer needs.
- Launch targeted sales initiatives that distinguish our offerings from key competitors.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, business associations, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Credit) to streamline sales operations and deliver top-tier customer service.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track sales performance at the regional level using analytics and data-driven insights.
- Present routine sales reports to senior leadership, highlighting accomplishments and recommending areas of improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 15 Years of Experience: Demonstrated success in sales leadership within NBFCs or Banks.
- Academic Background: Master's degree in business administration or a related discipline is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English or Hindi is an advantage.
- Local Market Insight: Strong familiarity with Kerala's financial landscape, consumer behavior, and regulatory framework.
- Sales Acumen & Leadership: Proven track record of delivering on sales objectives, spearheading product launches, and motivating large teams.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Keen problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and decision-making prowess.
- Compliance & Integrity: Well-versed with RBI guidelines and best practices in the banking/financial domain.
