Key Responsibilities:
- Market Risk / Credit Risk / Analytics in BFSI is mandatory
1. Develop and execute sales strategy for the GCC accounts in India, in alignment with the global business objectives
2. Engage with key clients, prospects, and industry experts to build strategic relationships. Add new logos and mine existing engagements to expand the market share
3. Work closely with the Global Sales Leads and Service Line leaders to plan and execute market entry strategies for new products or services, ensuring successful traction
4. Collaborate with internal teams including presales, marketing, delivery to align sales efforts and deliver a high-quality client experience
5. Act as a senior ambassador of the business by representing at industry events, conferences, and seminars
6. Prepare and present regular updates on sales performance, market trends for India GCC accounts to the Global Head of Sales
Qualifications:
1. 10+ years of experience with proven expertise in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the GCC region or similar international markets
2. Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to negotiate and influence at all stakeholder levels
4. Preferably from service industry background
5. Willingness to travel across country to meet GCC customers as needed
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
