Financial Controller - Accounting Firm - CA/CPA (6-13 yrs)

Role Summary:

The Financial Controller will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial reporting, implementing robust internal controls, and managing accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee accounting operations including A/R, A/P, payroll, and general ledger.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Implement and manage internal financial controls to ensure data accuracy.

- Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards and tax regulations.

- Coordinate financial audits and act as the point of contact for auditors.

- Manage financial systems and processes for efficiency and scalability.

- Support financial forecasting and budgeting activities.

Requirements:

- CA/CPA or equivalent qualification.

- 6+ years of accounting/controllership experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and reporting.

- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
