Konverge Technologies - Senior Technical Consultant - Network Architecture (10-12 yrs)

Job Summary :

Konverge Technologies is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate will have over 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, deploying, and troubleshooting complex network systems, especially focused on Software-Defined Access (SDA), SD-WAN, ISE, DNA Center, and Wireless Networks.

This role will require expertise in delivering OEM solutions and ensuring the successful implementation of network systems.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of network solutions including SDA, SD-WAN, ISE, DNA Center, and Wireless networks.

- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into network solutions tailored to their business needs.

- Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.

- Provide design inputs for network architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Implementation/Deployment :

- Oversee the deployment and integration of Software-Defined Access (SDA) and SD-WAN solutions.

- Configure, implement, and test network components such as ISE, DNA Center, and Wireless systems.

- Coordinate and manage deployment timelines with internal teams and customers to ensure timely delivery.

- Validate the configurations and systems after deployment to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues related to SDA, SD-WAN, ISE, DNA Center, and Wireless solutions.

- Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting and issue resolution post-deployment.

- Monitor the health and performance of the deployed network systems and provide proactive recommendations.

OEM Solution :

- Collaborate with OEM vendors to ensure the solutions are tailored to meet the requirements and specifications.

- Participate in vendor evaluations, product reviews, and provide feedback on new technologies.

- Ensure successful deployment of OEM network solutions for clients in alignment with their business goals.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including HLD, LLD, and handover documentation.

- Produce Knowledge Transfer (KT) materials for internal teams and customers.

- Ensure documentation is up-to-date with the latest design, deployment, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Software-Defined Access (SDA) architecture and solutions.

- Experience in SD-WAN deployment and troubleshooting.

- Proficiency in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network access control and security.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco DNA Center for network automation, monitoring, and management.

- Strong knowledge of Wireless Networking, including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

- Experience with OEM network solutions and integration.

Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.

- CCNP/CCIE (Preferred).

- SD-WAN, SDA, and ISE-related certifications (Preferred).

- Other relevant networking certifications (e., CompTIA Network+, Juniper, etc.)
