Konverge Technologies - Senior Enterprise Consultant - Software Defined Access (7-9 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Consultant with deep expertise in Software Defined Access (SDA), SD-WAN, ISE (Identity Services Engine), and DNA Center.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise to deliver solutions across enterprise networks, implement SDN technologies, and provide critical design documentation.

As a Senior Consultant, you will engage with clients to understand their business requirements, develop end to-end solutions, and ensure smooth implementation and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and Implementation :

- Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Software Defined Access (SDA), SD-WAN, and related technologies.

- Architect solutions for network security, performance, and scalability based on client needs.

- Implement and manage Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for policy enforcement, identity management, and network access control.

- Deploy and manage Cisco DNA Center for network automation, analytics, and management.

Documentation :

- Create and deliver High-Level Designs (HLD) for large-scale enterprise networks.

- Develop Low-Level Designs (LLD) to ensure detailed and accurate implementation of network components.

- Write comprehensive Handover Documentation to provide a clear understanding of the deployed solutions for clients.

- Prepare Knowledge Transfer (KT) documents to ensure that teams have the knowledge to support and maintain the system after deployment.

- Produce and maintain high-quality Technical Documentation for wireless network deployments, including configuration guides, operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Consultation and Leadership :

- Act as the primary consultant to clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable technical solutions.

- Lead and mentor junior consultants and technical teams, providing guidance and support on project implementations.

- Provide strategic recommendations on network architecture improvements, based on business goals and technical advancements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product teams, support teams, and engineering teams, to deliver integrated solutions.

- Engage with clients to ensure alignment with their vision, project timelines, and budget.

Continuous Learning and Development :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in SDN, SD-WAN, security, and network management.

- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous process improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience :

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in consulting, designing, implementing, and managing enterprise network solutions.

- Strong expertise in Software Defined Access (SDA), SD-WAN, Cisco DNA Center, and ISE.

- Proven experience in creating HLD, LLD, Handover Documentation, and Knowledge Transfer (KT) documents.

- Experience with Wireless Networking solutions, including design and implementation of wireless network technologies and management platforms.

Technical Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of SDN principles, architecture, and deployment.

- Expertise in Cisco ISE, SD-WAN, and SDA technologies.

- Proficient in Cisco DNA Center for network automation and orchestration.

- Understanding of network security, including access control, threat mitigation, and policy enforcement.

- Familiarity with network management tools and platforms for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
