Position- HR Analyst

Experience- 4+ years

Location- Hyderabad

Notice- Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Collaborate with manager to identify hiring needs and define job requirements
• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Source potential candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and communication with candidates
• Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and managing negotiations

HR Operations:

• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
• Orientation, Induction, Onboarding documentation
• Maintain and update employee records
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle employee queries
• Support employee engagement programs and development activities.
• Exit formalities
• Administration & Office Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
