Technical Project Manager - Java Technologies (10-12 yrs)

About the Job :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (Java) to oversee the development and delivery of Java/UI/Microservices-based projects.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a strong background in Agile methodologies, and expertise in leading eCommerce domain projects.

This is a remote contract/freelance role, requiring an immediate joiner or a maximum 15-day notice period.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end Java-based software development projects.

- Act as a Scrum Master, ensuring Agile best practices are followed.

- Oversee architecture, design, and implementation of Java/UI/Microservices-based solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and stakeholders, to ensure timely project delivery.

- Drive technical excellence by establishing best practices, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.

- Ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications in cloud and on-prem environments.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring smooth execution of development cycles.

- Work closely with business and product teams to align technical solutions with company goals.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 10+ years of experience in Java development and project management.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience as a Scrum Master.

- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, UI development.

- Hands-on experience in managing eCommerce domain projects.

- Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, remote, and dynamic environments.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience in performance optimization and scalable architecture design.

- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
