1. Consultant co-ordination along with Project Manager & other require department to issue drawings from concept level to GFC level.

2. Checking of RERA Plan, Brochure plan, MD, WD, landscape plan.

3. Checking of EC drawing

4. Checking of IOD drawing

5. As per ISO records maintain drawing register & drawing files.

6. Knowledge of UDCPR rules must.

7. Preparation of Rera Saleable areas , Parking with statement, FSI working, efficiency working.

Preparation of concept Signoff sets , Rera dockets, agreement plan etc
