Role & responsibilities

Architect in the real estate sector is responsible for overseeing architectural design, project
planning, and execution.

Architectural Design & Planning:

• Lead the design and planning of real estate projects, ensuring functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics.
• Develop and review architectural drawings, blueprints, and layouts.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Optimize space planning, building orientation, and energy efficiency in projects.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and landscape architects for seamless integration.

Project Management & Execution:

• Oversee architectural aspects of projects from conceptualization to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams (construction, sales, legal) and external consultants for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to ensure architectural designs are implemented as planned.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
• Provide technical inputs to marketing teams for project presentations and branding.
• Resolve design-related challenges during construction phases.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all architectural plans and project specifications meet regulatory approvals.
• Maintain proper documentation, approvals, and permits related to design aspects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 10+ years of experience in real estate architecture, preferably with high-rise, commercial, or residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and other architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and real estate development processes.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
