Architect- B.Arch

Minimum 2 years experienced architect required. Person should be open to learning with positive attitude. Should be good in Software, hand sketching. Should put whole hearty efforts to meet the expectations of Clients. Person should be result orientated and help the organization to achieve its goals more efficiently, quickly and productively while striving for excellence.

Candidate Should

• Have good understanding of Space Planning and Design Concept development
• Know how to make Presentation drawings/ Tender Drawings/ GFC drawings
• Prioritize and set goals related to the work assigned.
• Understand reasons for obstacles and to find ways to overcome the same to maintain commitment to goals, in the face of obstacles.
• Exhibits a strong sense of urgency about solving problems and accomplishing work
• Assist in preparation of architectural designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, concept and schematic design and working drawings
• Have ability to optimally analyze architecture/MEP parameters of a project and spatial planning
• Strives for innovation and applies creativity and clarity in thought process
• Ensures efficient coordination, appropriate technical briefing and timely delivery from consultants.
• Have knowledge of building codes and ability to research incorporate into technical documents

Secondary Requirements

• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
• Ability to Multi task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
• Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Timely completion of task given
