Architect and Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented Architects to join our dynamic team in Bareilly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural principles, design aesthetics, and construction methodologies. You will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our projects while adhering to local building codes and regulations.

Role & responsibilities

• Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative and innovative architectural concepts for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and translate their vision into tangible designs.
• Design Development: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire design and construction process, from initial concept to final completion.
• Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Material Selection: Select appropriate building materials and finishes that are aesthetically pleasing, durable, and cost-effective.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into projects to minimize environmental impact.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
