Architect

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee architectural designs for industrial projects, including factories, warehouses, and production plants.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and create efficient layouts.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with plans. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for material selection and construction execution.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.
