Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and design teams to develop innovative architectural solutions.

Create detailed drawings, plans, and models to bring concepts to life.

Oversee projects from initial design through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sustainable practices, and new technologies.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Liaise with government authorities and local regulatory bodies to obtain the necessary building permits and approvals, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Architecture.

7+ of experience in architectural design and project management.

Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and project variety.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
