Job Description
- Manage overall e-commerce operations to ensure smooth order processing on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart etc.
- Handle daily order creation, processing, shipment confirmation, and tracking uploads on our portal.
- Conduct product listing (single and bulk), product cataloguing, and website management.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for stock availability.
- Manage timely replenishment of inventory across all marketplaces.
- Update real-time details (MRP, offers, discounts, stock) on websites and marketplaces.
- Manage sales operations, keyword management, advertising, and deals for all Portals.
- Understand the e-commerce ecosystem and identify growth opportunities.
- Perform regular follow-ups with portals and partners for updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for invoice billing and pricing.
- Create and manage spreadsheets for reporting.
- Handle Social Media Accounts of Imagination Inc. on daily basis.
- Create, upload and maintain brand communications at various social handles.
- Ensure to maintain adequate digital hygiene for all handles.
- Brainstorm new and engaging campaign ideas for the various clients.
- Develop monthly content calendars for Imagination Inc.
- Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas and gauge the success of campaigns.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
