MAC Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for CBRE and DBs infra group, MAC delivery team etc.
• Involve in designing and preparing of layouts as per Client requirements.
• Coordinate with various Infrastructure teams (IT/AV etc) to ensure successful project completion.
• Manage & Coordinate within the MAC team
• Prepare overall budget (costing) for project.
• Obtain all relevant approvals before commencing execution.
• H & S and CEM teams concurrence in terms of safety measures
• Prepare BOQ in detail. Obtain quotes from the empaneled vendors as required.
• Quotes should be vetted by procurement team.
• Raising POs for all MAC related work requirements
• All vendor Invoices to be processed as and when received.
• Resolve issues if any while processing invoices.
• NDC to be obtained from the vendor for the financial year.
• Feedback after completion of the projects.
• Attend CBRE trainings for self-development.
